1. About NIOR NAILS

NIOR NAILS is a handmade press-on nail brand based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Our products are handcrafted and may be customised according to the customer's selected size, length, shape and design preferences.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colours, descriptions and specifications accurately.

Because our products are handmade, minor variations in colour, finish, design and appearance may occur.

Screen settings and lighting may also cause colours to appear slightly different from the actual product.

3. Customisation and Sizing

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information required for customised orders, including sizing, length, shape and other requested details.

Once production has started, changes to customisation details may not be possible.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotions and offers may change without prior notice.

5. Orders and Payments

An order is considered successfully placed after the order has been submitted and the applicable payment or order-confirmation requirements have been completed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock or production limitations, serviceability issues or other operational reasons.

6. Cancellation

Orders may generally be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, subject to the cancellation policy.

After production has started, cancellation may not be possible for customised or made-to-order products.

7. Shipping

Estimated delivery timelines are provided in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather, festivals, operational disruptions or incorrect customer information.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, refunds and damaged-product claims are governed by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including photographs, product designs, graphics, logos, text, videos and other materials belonging to NIOR NAILS may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.
