Each set of NIOR NAILS press-on nails is freshly handcrafted and, where applicable, customised according to your selected size, shape, length, design and preferences.
1. Order Processing
Our products are made to order rather than mass-produced.
Orders generally require 2–3 business days for preparation and processing after the order is confirmed.
During festive seasons, special sales or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery generally takes 5–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier serviceability.
Estimated total delivery time:
2–3 business days processing + 5–7 business days shipping = approximately 7–10 business days.
3. Please Order in Advance
Because our products are handmade and may be customised, we recommend placing your order sufficiently in advance of weddings, parties, vacations or other important events.
We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific event date unless specifically confirmed by NIOR NAILS.
4. Shipping Partners
Orders may be shipped through our logistics and courier partners. The courier partner may vary depending on serviceability, location and operational requirements.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking information may be provided through available communication channels such as email or WhatsApp.
5. Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Please carefully check your name, phone number, PIN code and complete shipping address before placing your order.
NIOR NAILS is not responsible for delays, failed delivery or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
